Class is open to adults aged 18 and older, and are designed to help you improve your physical and mental well-being. Join us today and enhance your overall health and self-defense skills at Mireu Martial Arts and discover the beauty and power of this traditional Japanese martial art. We ask that if you are new to the school or Aikido, you use this Service before committing to our weekly class. We like taking the time for introductions with the instructors before class begins. Bring water and wear comfortable clothes to class!
