Join Mireu Martial Arts for an all-day seminar practicing forms and techniques from 9 am to 6 pm. After the seminar, enjoy pizza, traditional games, and a movie night. Stay overnight in the dojang, wake up to breakfast, and head home energized and empowered. Experience the true spirit of martial arts with Mireu! Instructors: Grandmaster Ms. Lonnie Matthews, Master Mr. Cusmano, & guest instructor Master Mr. Kwok. What to Bring: Lots of water, change of clothes, pajamas, sleeping bag/pillow, and personal hygiene products (please bring deodorant!). Don't forget to bring an open mind and a positive attitude!
